There are no refunds.
Please keep in mind prior to signing up that The Gross Room is significantly more bloody and gruesome than my IG account. I cover all areas of death and disease due to natural causes, suicides, homicides, and accidents. Some of these include, babies, children, and incidents involving animals. There are no trigger or sensitive content warnings. All posts are titled. When you enter the post I give an explanation of what is going on in each photo or video. If you read something you feel might be upsetting you have the choice not to continue with the post.
When you sign up for a membership to The Gross Room, you are agreeing to the terms of the subscription service. A membership to The Gross Room is an auto-renew subscription. For example: If you signed up for a monthly subscription to The Gross Room on February 14th, you will be charged on the 14th of every month the price you agreed to when you signed up (not the current promotion price). You can cancel at anytime and you will have access to The Gross Room until the following billing period.
If you are a yearly member (for example) and you signed up on February 14, 2021, you will automatically be charged on February 14, 2022. If you signed up during a Gross Room sale or promotion, your renewal fee may be different that your original sign up fee based on the promotion you agreed to at sign up.
If you are a current yearly member, your subscription is about to renew, and there is a sale or promotion running for a lower price, it is your responsibility to switch to the new payment plan before your subscription renews. You will not be refunded the difference if the subscription renews.
You are responsible for your own subscription. Sending an email, a direct message, or leaving a comment on Instagram does not cancel your subscription. You will be billed until you log into your account and cancel your subscription.
If you signed up for The Gross Room and a promotion or sale is offered shortly thereafter you will not be refunded.
If The Gross Room is not what you expected, you can cancel your membership at any time but you will not be refunded.
If someone joined The Gross Room and created an account with your credit card or Paypal information (such as a child) without your knowledge, you will not be refunded. Please consult your banking institution.
If you have questions how to cancel your Gross Room membership, please read the cancelation policy.
