To cancel your account:

- Log in to your account
- Double-click on the ACCOUNT link or visit here: https://theduramater.com/account/
- Go to the subscriptions tab
- Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION

Important:
- If you do not cancel at least 10 days prior to your renewal date, your payment may still go through.
- You are responsible for canceling your own account before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.
- If you subscribe during a sale, you will be billed at the end of your billing cycle for the full price cost of the annual subscription until you cancel your account (Sign-ups prior to 11/22/22 will renew at $48USD/year & sign-ups after 11/22/22 will renew at $55USD).
Cancel through PayPal:
If you paid with PayPal and are not able to cancel your subscription (getting an error message) please review one of these steps below:
Option One (Photos Below):
- Login to your PayPay account on a web browser
- *We recommend doing this on a web browser as the mobile version does not always accommodate this request
- Click on Activity > All Transactions
- Find the transaction
- Click on IHEARTAUTOPSY
- Under Subscription Details
- Select Cancel
- Click Cancel Automatic Payments
- Login to The Gross Room
- Confirm account has been stopped under Account > Subscriptions
Option Two (Photos Below):
- Login to your PayPay account on a web browser
- *This will not work on the mobile version
- Click on Activity > All Transactions
- Find the transaction
- Click on IHEARTAUTOPSY
- Under transaction details
- Click View Reoccuring Payment Details
- Under Active Subscriptions > IHeartAutopsy
- Click Cancel
- Click Cancel Automatic Payments
- Login to The Gross Room
- Confirm account has been stopped under Account > Subscriptions
Option Three:
- If you signed up through the PayPal Guest Checkout Option (Debit/Credit Card with NO PayPal Account): Please click here.
- You are responsible for canceling your account.
- If you do not contact us to cancel your account or reach out to us at least 10 days prior to your account’s auto-renewal, you will not receive a refund.
**SENDING AN EMAIL OR DIRECT MESSAGE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELING YOUR OWN SUBSCRIPTION WITHIN YOUR GROSS ROOM ACCOUNT.

Please Note:
If you file a claim with PayPal, the payment will be reversed automatically as a result of the claim being filed. This money sits in limbo until the claim is decided. Your account may also automatically be set to inactive until PayPal decides who wins the claim. Since the payment is reversed, it sends a signal to our website and you may receive an email that your payment is being refunded. You will only receive a refund in the event you win the claim with PayPal. If you do not win the claim with PayPal, we will receive the money back and your account will be reactivated.
