Many factors came into consideration for which cases were selected for the book. This includes photo quality, layout, correspondence with contributors, etc. Unfortunately, we were not able to use every submission for the book.
We have directly contacted everyone that is included in the final copy of the book. If you have not heard from us, we cannot guarantee your case made the final cut.
