It is YOUR responsibility to cancel your membership to The Gross Room. You can cancel your membership to The Gross Room at any time but must cancel or reach out to our support team at least 10 days prior to your renewal date or you may still get charged. The Gross Room is a yearly or monthly subscription. You will be billed every month or every year according to which plan you pick until you cancel. There are NO REFUNDS.

Important:

  • If you do not cancel at leastย 10 daysย prior to your renewal date, your payment may still go through.
  • You are responsible for canceling your own account before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued.
  • If you subscribe during a sale, you will be billed at the end of your billing cycle for the full price cost of the annual subscription at $48/year until you cancel your account.
  • Youย MUSTย cancel and confirm your cancelation through www.theduramater.com or PayPal. Canceling through Google, your bank, etc does not guarantee that your account is canceled.

    2. Double-click on the ACCOUNT link or visit here:ย https://theduramater.com/account/
    3. Go to the subscriptions tab
    4. Clickย CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
