To subscribe: Scroll down to the bottom of a post BEFORE you leave a comment, select ALL new comments or REPLIES to my comments. The system will default to no subscription. After you make your selection, type your comment and post. After this, you will get email notifications whenever a new comment (or reply) comes in to the email connected to your account. You can update your email here if needed. Manage your subscriptions: If you'd like to unsubscribe or manage a post selection, you can either visit the bottom of that post and click MANAGE . OR you can visit the COMMENT NOTIFICATION tab under your account page. Here, you will be able to unsubscribe or change the status for any comment subscriptions.

Q: "Fix Errors Above" Code During Sign Up

If you are receiving an error message on the signup page stating "Fix Errors Above," it is more than likely the result of trying to join with an existing username or email in the system. If you are a new member, please try to use a different username or email. If you previously had a membership and are trying to rejoin, please log into your existing account and/or reset your password to rejoin under that existing account. Q: How Does the Price Increase Work?

As of 11/22/22, The Gross Room has increased membership pricing. Monthly memberships are now $5.99/month & yearly memberships now $55/year. If you had an ACTIVE account prior to the price increase, you will be grandfathered in at the old price ($4.99/month & $48/year). If your existing account was expired and renewed, or if you cancel and rejoin after this date, you will pay the new price increase. If you purchase your subscription during a promotion/sale, that sale price is only valid for ONE YEAR. Every year after you will be billed full price (Sign-ups prior to 11/22/22 will renew at $48USD/year & sign-ups after 11/22/22 will renew at $55USD). We do not and never have offered lifetime discounted memberships.

Q: I Need Help With My Book Order

All book orders are placed through third parties such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Book Depository, etc. Since book orders are not placed with us directly, we have no way of tracking your order down or assisting with any issues. Please contact the vendor you ordered from for any assistance.

Q: I Submitted My Case For Your Book, Am I Definitely Featured?

Many factors came into consideration for which cases were selected for the book. This includes photo quality, layout, correspondence with contributors, etc. Unfortunately, we were not able to use every submission for the book. We have directly contacted everyone that is included in the final copy of the book. If you have not heard from us, we cannot guarantee your case made the final cut.

Q: My Cancel Button is Missing

To cancel your account: Log in to your account Double-click on the ACCOUNT link or visit here: https://theduramater.com/account/ Go to the subscriptions tab Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION If your cancel button is missing, is it most likely because you already canceled your account. Please click here to confirm your cancelation. Example of successful cancelation: Important: If you do not cancel at least 10 days prior to your renewal date, your payment may still go through. You are responsible for canceling your own account before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued. If you subscribe during a sale, you will be billed at the end of your billing cycle for the full price cost of the annual subscription until you cancel your account (Sign-ups prior to 11/22/22 will renew at $48USD/year & sign-ups after 11/22/22 will renew at $55USD). You MUST cancel and confirm your cancelation through www.theduramater.com or PayPal. Canceling through Google, your bank, etc does not guarantee that your account is canceled.
