Q: Will the book be available in other languages?

As of right now, the book is available in English and soon available in Chinese! We will provide updates as we receive them from the publisher.

Q: Is it available on Kindle/E-Book?

Q: Is it available as an Audiobook?

As of right now, no. Our publishers are working on getting an Audiobook in the works.

Q: Is the Book Available Worldwide?

Yes! International orders can be placed through Book Depository . If your country is not available there, please check Amazon or your local bookstore!

Q: I Logged In but My Screen is Blank

If you have logged in, but you are seeing a blank screen - this means your username and password have been registered but your payment has not been completed. To finish paying, simply click The Gross Room tab then follow through with the payment options. If you are still seeing a blank screen or have completed payment - please click here and provide a copy of your receipt.

Q: How Do I Save/View a Saved a Post?

To bookmark (save) a post: Click on any post Underneath the post, right above the date and comments, there is a little heart Click on the heart to save this post The heart will fill in solid black to let you know it has been saved To view a bookmarked (saved) post: Account > Bookmarks > List of Saved Posts To delete a bookmarked (saved) post: Account > Bookmarks > List of Saved Posts On the preview of each post, there is a little trash can icon in the bottom right corner Click the trash can Confirm you want to delete that post

Q: Can I Buy The Gross Room as a Gift?

Yes! While we do not offer formal gifted memberships at this time, you can follow these steps below to gift a membership: Go to the signup page. Choose either a monthly plan or a yearly plan Fill out the signup form with YOUR (the gifter) information. Please Note: The username cannot be changed at any point in time. Submit payment via Stripe (Credit Card) or PayPal. After your signup is successful, you will have to provide the gift receiver with the login information. Once they log in, they will be able to change the email address, password, and payment information to their own. IMPORTANT: All subscriptions are set on auto-renew. This means whichever payment information that the account is initially created with will be billed at the end of each cycle unless the account is canceled. The gift receiver will be able to change the payment method within their account if they wish to continue on with the membership. It is your responsibility to make sure this payment information is updated at least 10 days before the end of the billing cycle. You are responsible for canceling your membership. There are NO refunds under any circumstances. To avoid potential issues with switching over payment methods, we recommend paying with a credit card instead of PayPal.
