Q: Is My Payment Information Secure in The Gross Room?

Yes. All payments are processed through third parties - PayPal or Stripe (credit card processing company). None of your personal credit card information is stored in The Gross Room or theduramater.com. The Dura Mater or The Gross Room will never send out emails, SMS/texts, or phone calls asking you for your credit card information. If you need to change or update your payment method, please do so by logging into your account through The Gross Room: Account > Subscriptions > Auto-Renews Tab > Update Payment Method

Q: How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

To cancel your account: Log in to your account Double-click on the ACCOUNT link or visit here: https://theduramater.com/account/ Go to the subscriptions tab Click CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION Example of successful cancelation: Important: If you do not cancel at least 10 days prior to your renewal date, your payment may still go through. You are responsible for canceling your own account before the next billing cycle. No refunds will be issued. If you subscribe during a sale, you will be billed at the end of your billing cycle for the full price cost of the annual subscription until you cancel your account (Sign-ups prior to 11/22/22 will renew at $48USD/year & sign-ups after 11/22/22 will renew at $55USD). You MUST cancel and confirm your cancelation through www.theduramater.com or PayPal. Canceling through Google, your bank, etc does not guarantee that your account is canceled. Q: I Paid for The Gross Room, How Do I Login?

Q: Why Does My Account Say I Am Not Authorized to View?

If your account says you are not authorized to view - there may have been a credit card failed transaction due to insufficient funds, expired card, etc. Please click here and be sure to include your username and payment method.

Q: I Am Currently a Monthly Gross Room Member, How Do I Upgrade My Account?

Account > Subscriptions > Auto-Renew Tab > Change Plan Select the Yearly Plan You will be redirected to the payment page to enter your payment details On successful form submission, your subscription term will be updated You must upgrade/downgrade your account within 10 days of the renewal or you may still be charged. If you have an account with PayPal, make sure to go into your recurring payment settings and cancel the monthly subscription.

Q: How Do I Change my Password?

LOGGED IN: Account > Profile > Change Password (Underneath the "Save Profile" button) Or Visit this Page NOT LOGGED IN: Forgot Password PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 24 HOURS TO RECEIVE THE RESET EMAIL

Q: I Requested a New Password, but I Never Received It. What Should I Do?

Please allow up to 24 hours to receive your password reset link. Make sure you have checked your spam folder for an email from theduramater.com. If you still haven’t received any password generation link, please click here .

Q: How Can I Update/Change My Payment Method?

To enter new credit card details, please visit: Click on the Account link Visit the Subscriptions tab If you have multiple, expire subscriptions under this tab, please visit the most recent one Under your most recent subscription, Click Update Payment Method Enter card or PayPal info PLEASE NOTE: If these steps do not work, please DO NOT send money through your credit card or PayPal without talking to one of our team members.
